First let¡¯s review the hypothesis: Technologies that are commonly used by teenagers will have a positive impact on students¡¯ school performance. By looking at the data collected, it is certain that there is a relationship between technology and school performance. The usage of tech products may influence negatively or positively on the student¡¯s performance depending on the situation. However, in many cases, the student¡¯s school performance is maximized when the students does use tech products to a certain degree, but does not exceed a limit (more specifically, 3~5 hours per day). Therefore there are more pros than cons, and the hypothesis is proven. Suggestions for students and parents: -Students are strongly encouraged to use technology, especially for learning, but any use of tech products should be controlled to 3~5 hours per day -In the case of gaming systems, it should be avoided entirely during week days if possible -Students should be encouraged to use technology more often in certain subjects, such as math, technology, arts and English, as long as the time is well controlled
