1. Will I put something on hold?

     I would be happy to! My hold policy is as follows...

     * I will keep an item on hold for you for 2 weeks, free of charge.

     * If you need more time than 2 weeks, you can put down a small "holding fee" of as little as $5 (you decide what fits your budget at the time).

     * After 2 weeks, if you haven't paid the holding fee, the item will go back up for sale, and as long as it doesn't sell, you can still buy it!

 

 

2. How do you place a custom order?

3. How much does shipping cost?

 

     You will be charged for shipping at checkout.  It is based on how much you're spending. The charges include shipping and handling (including packaging fees). 

 

 

4. How long will something you order take to get to you?

 

    If you live in the U.S, it will generally take anywhere from 5-10 days. 

If you live in Canada, it can take anywhere from 3-10 days, usually on the shorter side!

Pre-Made items are shipped out either the same day or the next business day after payment is received.

Custom orders can be shipped out anywhere from 2 days to up to 2 weeks after order is received, all depending how much work is involved in the item.

 

 

5.  Do I surge my work?

 

          I do!  I received a Janome MyLock204D last Christmas from my wonderful boyfriend and am eternally thankful for this! It makes my creations twice as durable, which means your clothes will last twice as long!

            Along with my serger, my White sewing machine has been nothing but excellent to me for the past 6 years!
